Nvidia unveiled their new 64-bit mobile processor back in January, the
NVIDIA Tegra K1, and now this new mobile processor has turned up in the AnTuTu
database.The Nvidia Tegra K1 was spotted in the AnTuTu Benchmark, and from the looks
of the benchmarks, it appears to be a very powerful mobile processor.
There will be two versions of the Nvidia Tegra K1 available when it
launches, a dual core 64-bit version and a quad core 32 bit version.
What the benchmarks have revealed is that the dual core 64-bit Nvidia Tegra
K1 processor will have a maximum clock speed of 3GHz.
As yet there are no details on which smartphone will be the first one to
launch with the new Nvidia Tegra K1, the first handset are expected to be out
in the second half of 2014.
As soon as we get some more details on the new Nvidia Tegra K1, includi9ng
some details on which handsets will use the processor, we will let you guys
know.
